Paying with Toncoin (TON)
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Toncoin is the fastest and cheapest way to pay Claude Store — transfers cost a few cents and settle in under a minute. It is especially convenient if you already use the wallet built into Telegram, which most of our customers have installed. Where TON differs from other chains is the comment field: if the invoice asks for one, the payment will not be credited without it.

The fastest option we accept
TON settles in seconds for a few cents. Nothing else on our list is quicker or cheaper, and for a payment of this size the fee is effectively zero. If your goal is to have the code in your inbox as soon as possible, this is the coin to use.
Paying from Telegram
Telegram has a built-in wallet that holds TON, which matters because Telegram is already how much of our market handles support and P2P trading. You can buy TON inside the app and pay from the same place, without installing a separate wallet or moving funds to an exchange.
That convenience is the main argument for TON. If you do not use Telegram, USDT on Tron is the more common route.
The comment field is not optional
TON payments can carry a text comment, sometimes labelled a memo or tag. Where an invoice supplies one, it is how the payment is matched to your order. Send without it and the funds arrive somewhere real but unattributed, which turns an automatic settlement into a manual recovery.
Copy the comment exactly as the payment page gives it — no extra spaces, nothing added. If the page supplies no comment, leave the field empty rather than inventing one.
Bounceable and non-bounceable addresses
TON has two address formats: bounceable (starting EQ) and non-bounceable (starting UQ). They encode the same underlying account, and modern wallets handle the distinction for you. Copy the address exactly as the invoice gives it rather than converting between formats, and the question never comes up.
When to choose something else
- You do not already hold TON and buying it means an extra conversion — USDT is usually simpler.
- Your local P2P market quotes in USDT, which most do.
- Your exchange does not support TON withdrawals, which some still do not.
What happens after you send
- Your wallet broadcasts the Toncoin transaction to the network.
- The payment processor sees it as unconfirmed and marks the invoice as detected.
- Once it reaches the required number of confirmations, the invoice settles.
- We are alerted automatically and prepare your code — 41 minutes on median, guaranteed within 12 hours.
- The code and its redemption instructions arrive at the email you gave at checkout.
You do not need to keep the payment page open. Your order has a private status link that we send by email, and it updates on its own as the payment confirms.
If something goes wrong
| What happened | What to do |
|---|---|
| You sent less than the quoted amount | The invoice shows partially paid and we hold the order for review rather than delivering. Reply to us with the transaction hash and we resolve it. |
| You sent more than the quoted amount | The order is fulfilled normally. The difference is refundable on request. |
| The invoice expired before you sent | Nothing was charged. Start a new order — the rate is re-quoted at the current price. |
| You sent on the wrong network | Contact us immediately with the transaction hash. Recovery is often impossible, but it costs nothing to ask and the answer depends on the chain. |
Questions about paying with Toncoin
Is Toncoin really the cheapest way to pay you?
Yes, typically under five cents per transfer, and it settles in under a minute. BNB and Litecoin are close behind. All three are far cheaper than Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Can I pay straight from the Telegram wallet?
Yes, and it is the most convenient route if you already use Telegram — you can buy TON and send it from the same app, without a separate wallet or exchange.
What happens if I forget the comment or memo?
The funds arrive but are not matched to your order, so it stays unpaid until we reconcile it by hand. Reply to us with the transaction hash and we will sort it out — but including the comment avoids the delay entirely.
What is the difference between EQ and UQ addresses?
Bounceable and non-bounceable encodings of the same account. Wallets handle it automatically. Copy the invoice address exactly rather than converting it and there is nothing to think about.
Is TON accepted everywhere I might buy crypto?
Not universally. Support has grown quickly but some exchanges still do not offer TON withdrawals. If yours does not, USDT on Tron is the standard alternative.
