Claude Store accepts native BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, POL and TRX on the exact networks shown at checkout. We do not accept USDT, USDC, Litecoin or other tokens. Your private order page shows a time-limited exact amount, a wallet address and a QR code before you send anything.

How the payment step works

  1. You choose one supported native asset and its exact network in checkout.
  2. Your private order page shows the exact amount, locked wallet address, QR code and countdown.
  3. You send the exact amount from your wallet or exchange, paying the network fee yourself.
  4. You submit the public transaction ID and an operator verifies it on-chain.
  5. We prepare and email the code, then your order page shows it too.

We never ask for a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or remote access.

Questions about paying

Which native crypto assets can I use?

BTC on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, Base or Arbitrum, SOL on Solana, BNB on BNB Smart Chain, POL on Polygon PoS, and TRX on TRON. Tokens such as USDT and USDC are not accepted.

What happens if I send on the wrong network?

Funds sent on a network the address does not support are usually unrecoverable. Copy the network name from the payment page every time rather than relying on memory, and send a small test amount first if the sum matters to you.

Does the price change while I am paying?

The private order page locks an exact native-asset amount for 20 minutes. If the timer expires before you send, do not use it; create a fresh order for a current quote.
