Claude Store publishes only real customer reviews, collected by emailing every buyer 24 hours after delivery and asking whether the code worked. We do not write testimonials, do not buy reviews, and do not publish rating markup until there are verifiable reviews on a platform we do not control.
Where to read independent reviews
We have not yet published an off-site review profile, so there is nothing independent to read about us today. That is a fact about us, not a marketing problem, and we would rather say it than link an empty page. It appears here the day it exists.
Either way, the honest response to a new seller is to start with a single one-month code rather than a twelve-month order. Judge us on one small purchase before you trust us with a larger one.
What we publish about ourselves

- Replacement or full refund window for a failed code: 48 hours.
- Support hours: 08:00–24:00 UTC+1, seven days a week.
