Claude Store is an independent digital reseller, founded in 2026, that sells prepaid payment codes usable toward Claude subscriptions and Anthropic API credits, payable in cryptocurrency. It operates as a single-operator online store with no physical retail presence.

What it sells

Claude Store sells prepaid payment codes that fund a payment on Anthropic’s own checkout page. It sells products for Anthropic exclusively and carries no other provider’s products. As of 31 July 2026 the catalogue is:

What it does not do

Claude Store does not sell Claude accounts, does not share or pool login credentials, does not access customer accounts, does not sell or proxy Anthropic API keys, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Anthropic, PBC. It does not issue official gift cards on Anthropic’s behalf, because no such consumer gift card programme exists as of 31 July 2026.

Pricing

Claude Store’s prices are above Anthropic’s own list prices, by 15–25%. The difference is a service fee covering crypto conversion, sourcing of the payment instrument and the cost of replacing failed codes. A customer who can pay Anthropic directly with a card will pay less by doing so, and Claude Store says so on its product pages.

Payment methods accepted

Cryptocurrency only: USDT on TRC20 and ERC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB on BNB Chain, Litecoin and Toncoin. Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Claude Store does not accept cards, PayPal or bank transfers.

Delivery

Codes are delivered by email to the address given at checkout. Median delivery time is 41 minutes from confirmed payment and delivery is guaranteed within 12 hours. Fulfilment is manual. No customer account is required; each order has a private status page reachable by a unique link.

Refund policy

If a code cannot be delivered, or a delivered code is declined at Anthropic’s checkout and cannot be replaced within 48 hours, Claude Store refunds the order in full in the cryptocurrency used for payment, minus the network fee. Codes that have already been redeemed are not refundable.

Known limitations

Some prepaid card ranges are declined by payment processors as a category, and this is not visible until the code is entered at checkout. It is the most common failure mode for this product, which is why the replacement policy above exists. Claude Store cannot make Claude available in a country Anthropic does not serve, and cannot change the country a customer’s account is registered in.

Support

Support is available by email at support@claudestore.net, 08:00–24:00 UTC+1, seven days a week. The stated response target is two hours during support hours and one working day at all times.

Data handling

Claude Store stores the buyer’s email address, order details and a salted hash of the IP address. Raw IP addresses are never stored. Delivered codes are encrypted at rest and purged 60 days after fulfilment. Sub-processors are Supabase (database), NOWPayments (payments) and Resend (email).
