Refunds
If a code is declined at Anthropic’s checkout, we replace it within 48 hours. If we cannot replace it, we refund you in full in the cryptocurrency you paid with, minus the network fee. Crypto payments are irreversible, so read the full refund policy before you buy.

How far does $100 of Anthropic API credits actually go?
The largest amount we sell, and the one most likely to be over-bought. Long-context and agentic workloads — where each task makes many calls and carries a large prompt each time — can consume this in days. Short, cheap-model calls can make it last months. The denomination tells you nothing on its own; your token volume does.
Who is the $100 tier for?
Sustained production or agentic workloads, and teams who would rather not think about billing for a while. It carries the lowest service fee of the three tiers, which only matters if you are confident you will use it.
Is the larger code actually cheaper?
Slightly. The service fee narrows as the denomination rises, because our sourcing cost does not scale linearly. It is a small saving and it is a false economy if you end up not using the credits — unused credit on your account is worth nothing to you and cannot be refunded once redeemed.
Can I split this across several projects?
Credits sit on your Anthropic organisation, not on a project, so anything billing to that organisation draws on the same balance. If you need hard separation between projects or clients, use separate Anthropic organisations and buy a code for each.
What happens if I do not use it all?
It stays on your account under Anthropic’s own expiry terms. We cannot refund, transfer or extend credits once they have been redeemed — that value has left our hands and is between you and Anthropic. Buy the tier you will use, not the one with the best headline rate.
Do you sell Anthropic API keys?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. A resold key is somebody else’s account: when it is revoked or hits its limit, your access ends with no recourse and no refund. We sell a payment code that puts credits on your own organisation, under your own keys, with your own rate limits.
Where exactly do I redeem it?
At console.anthropic.com, not claude.ai. Open Settings → Billing → Add credits, enter the amount, and use the code details from our email at the payment step. Console credits and a Claude Pro subscription are separate products — buying one does not affect the other.
Why is this $115.00 when the credits are worth $100.00?
The difference is our service fee for converting your crypto and sourcing the payment instrument. You are paying for access to a rail your card cannot reach, not for cheaper tokens — the credits themselves are worth exactly their face value on your account. If your card works at Anthropic’s checkout, use it and skip us.
What if the code is declined at the payment step?
Reply to the delivery email and we replace it within 48 hours. If we cannot replace it, we refund you in full in the cryptocurrency you paid with, minus the network fee. Declines are the failure mode we watch most closely.
Do credits expire?
Anthropic sets the terms on credit expiry, not us, and those terms can change. Check the current policy in your console before buying a larger amount than you expect to use in the near term — we cannot extend or refund credits once they are on your account.
